My business experience and behind the curtain observation of founders, CEOs and executive leaders built my insights and extensive understanding of the outcomes of mindsets and self narratives that result in either high performance or derailing behaviors. I am driven by curiosity to find the untapped capabilities that hide behind behavior patterns. I believe each client has an imprint of genius and is whole, capable, and resourceful. My coaching uses principles of transformational change, emotional and relational intelligence, brain science, and the Enneagram.
Coaching Examples:
- Support creation of the leader’s north star vision of their executive leadership
- Assess and create a baseline of capabilities, and under and over used strengths
- Decipher the strategic imperative and critical path
- Nurture awareness of executive presence, positional authority, and leader's impact on others
- Differentiate between “activity” and “impactful work” to create momentum
- Nurture strategic lens for team and business leadership
- Develop awareness of the internal environment as a system, and pattern spotting for opportunities and blockages
- Navigation of ambiguous and volatile situations with clarity and purpose
- Increase relational intelligence with peers, key stakeholders, and board to enable the team, and increase influence
- Assist in the development of effective, succinct, and impactful communication
- Strengthen delegation muscle to recapture time for strategic impact, and for team development
