Before becoming an executive coach, I was a human resources strategist for 18+ years. I worked with founders and CEOs of early stage and emerging companies to architect for growth and fulfill promises to investors. In my final role as HR VP, I was a core team member with the CEO and CFO to take a small biotech company public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with compliance to the SEC. Post IPO, I was management representative to the compensation and governance board committees. Additionally, I became a corporate officer of the company.
I now coach CEOs, C suite and VPs across biotech, clean energy, construction, family foundations, healthcare, medical device, philanthropy, technology, and venture investment companies. I coach executive leaders in scaling their leadership whether its a startup or Fortune 50 company. My clear and concise approach enables me to establish rapport and strategize with executive leaders on their most impactful next steps. My collective business experience enables me to deeply understand the context of executive leaders and board of directors. The purpose of my executive coaching is to develop mission driven future relevant team focused leaders for business impact and social effectiveness.
A sampling of my client list include executive leaders from Ascension Health, Ascension Ventures, Aspen Neurosciences, Astellas, Berq RNG, Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Expedia Group, Gates Medical Research Institute, Hewlett Packard, John Deere, Linq, Louis Vuitton, Microsoft, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
